Unitex supplies private-label underwear and sleepwear to importers, wholesalers and DTC brands. We are a Xiamen-based trading company: your order is produced by vetted partner mills and garment workshops that we have worked with for years, and we hold the specification, the quality control checkpoints and the delivery date on your behalf. In the trade since 2009, incorporated in 2013.

Every programme below can be developed as OEM (made to your tech pack, labels and packaging) or ODM (adapted from our existing blocks when you need a faster start). Samples are quoted before bulk, and every order is inspected against AQL before it leaves the workshop.

What every Unitex order includes.

Materials	OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified fabrics and elastics; combed cotton, cotton/elastane, modal, bamboo viscose, microfibre, nylon-spandex and recycled polyester options. GSM 140–260 BY STYLE
MOQ & trial orders	2,000 pcs per style and colour for men’s, women’s and kids’ underwear; 600 sets for sleepwear and pyjamas; 3,600 pcs for sports bras. Trial orders from 1,000 pcs are negotiable on selected styles. MOQ 2,000 · TRIAL 1,000

Branding & packaging	Custom jacquard or printed waistbands, woven main labels, care labels, heat-transfer tags, hangtags and retail packaging (polybag, box, belly band, header card). PPWR-ready options available.
Sizing & fit	XS–5XL for adults and 2–16 years for kids’, graded to your target market’s block (EU, US, UK, AU). Fit samples approved before bulk cutting. TOLERANCE ±0.5–1.0 CM
Quality	Inline inspection during sewing plus final AQL 2.5 inspection at our partner factories. Third-party inspections (SGS, Intertek, TÜV) welcome. AQL 2.5
Compliance	Partner factories hold BSCI social-compliance audits and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification; Sedex/SMETA reports and OEKO-TEX certificates are available on request. REACH-aware chemical management, with CPSIA documentation support for US kidsu{2019} programmes.

What you can customise

Fabric and weight (gsm), fit and rise, waistband construction and elasticity, stitching and seam type, colour matching to your Pantone reference, care and fibre labels, hangtags, polybags, boxes and carton markings. Digital and rotary printing, yarn-dyed stripes and jacquard waistbands are all available where the quantity supports them.

MOQ, sampling and lead times

MOQ: 2,000 pieces per style and colour. Trial orders from 1,000 pieces are possible on selected styles; sleepwear from 600 sets; sports bras from 3,600 pieces.
Sampling: 7–10 days for a stock-block sample, 12–18 days for a fully custom development with lab dips and fit rounds.
Bulk: typically 45–60 days after sample approval, depending on fabric lead time, printing and seasonal capacity.
Shipping: sea freight 25–40 days to Europe and the US, air freight 5–8 days when a launch date is at risk.

Certifications and compliance

Partner production sites are BSCI-audited, and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certificates are available for the fabrics used in your order. Sedex and SMETA reports can be requested.
