Assumptions behind the estimate
- Base cost per piece: boxer brief US$1.55, brief US$1.35, trunk US$1.65, sleepwear set US$5.60, sport bra US$3.40 (FOB China, standard construction).
- Fabric multiplier: combed cotton 1.00, micro modal 1.15, bamboo viscose 1.12, polyamide microfibre 1.20.
- Quantity curve: under 1,000 pcs +30%, 1,000–1,999 +18%, 2,000–4,999 +8%, 5,000–9,999 baseline, 10,000–24,999 −6%, 25,000+ −10%.
- Colourways: the first two are included; each additional colour adds about 2.5% because of dyeing minimums.
- Packaging: polybag included; boxed set +US$0.35 per piece; custom hangtag +US$0.06.
- Set-up: US$500–1,000 per new style (dyeing minimums, cutting changeover, line set-up, pre-production sample), spread across your order quantity.
- Excluded: freight, duties, testing, buyer-supplied trims, and anything outside a standard specification.
