1. Natural color cloth

Natural color cloth is a cloth that has not undergone any coloring treatment. Some fibers are naturally colored, such as colored cotton, linen, sisal and so on. The requirements of these specific fabrics are that they are directly washed and finished into fabrics that can be cut directly without being colored. This kind of fabric is generally used in children's underwear to reduce the contact allergy to children's skin due to dyes.

2. Bleached cloth

Since there will be some residual cotton fabrics in the natural cotton fabrics or the cotton fabrics used for high-end clothing have high requirements, the cotton fabrics need to be bleached to rinse the cotton fabrics, and at the same time, the color of the cotton fabrics becomes more uniform.

Textile bleaching is not bleaching like household bleach. It refers to a series of complex processes, singeing the fabric to remove excess hairiness on the surface of the fabric, and then washing the pulp on the fabric, scouring to remove impurities, and finally bleaching. This fabric is generally used for comfortable cotton underwear.

Of course, the yarn can also be directly bleached and then knitted, so that the knit fabric is more flat, and the fabric only needs to be desizing after knitting.

3. Dyeing cloth

After the fabric is knitted, it is released from the loom, and after inspection, it can be sent to the dyeing factory for dyeing.

A piece of cloth can only be dyed in one color, and each color is obtained through three primary colors, so we can sometimes see that after the black clothes are washed, the water is red, and some are blue.

The color of the front and back of the dyed cloth is the same. If it is a plain weave fabric, the front and back sides are not only the same color, but also the same texture, there is no difference between the front and back. This dyed cloth is generally used for cotton spandex panties.

4. Printing

6. Color spinning fabric

Color-spun fabric is spun from dyed fibers into yarn and then woven. Such yarn has more than one color and has a special style, but this dyeing method takes a long time and costs a lot.
