Women's health has a lot to do with private parts protection. More attention should be paid to the choice of underwear. Women love beautiful, cute and sexy underwear. In order to realize the fashion and diversification of underwear design, various materials are used, and harmful chemical components will inevitably enter the production process. With the improvement of people's health awareness, many environmentally friendly underwear have appeared on the market, which are very popular among female friends, especially women over 26 years old and fashionable hot moms, who have a stronger awareness of health protection.

In the past, I used to wear pure cotton underwear, but now there are many new varieties, such as bamboo fiber and modal. These new terms are dazzling. What are the differences between them? What are the advantages and disadvantages of each?

To understand the difference in fabrics, start by understanding its raw materials

The characteristics of raw materials determine the characteristics of this fabric. This is like diet therapy. The characteristics of food itself determine its efficacy in diet therapy.

--Cotton Fabric

Using cotton as raw material, through the loom, the textiles are interwoven with warp and weft yarns vertically and horizontally. Cotton fibers are thinner and have natural curls, and the cross-section has a middle cavity, so they have better warmth retention and strong heat storage capacity. The cotton fiber itself has the advantages of porosity and high elasticity, and a large amount of air can be accumulated between the fibers, so pure cotton fiber textiles have good warmth retention. What we usually refer to as cotton is the fiber inside the fruit that is cracked and turned out when the fruit grown after cotton blooms and matures. It is pure plant fiber, has no nutritional content, and is not easy to breed bacteria. Therefore, the material used to make women's underwear is very beneficial to women's health.

The advantages of pure cotton fabric: sweat-absorbing, warm, natural and non-irritating, hygienic, washable and durable.

Disadvantages of pure cotton fabric: it is easy to wrinkle, and it is difficult to smooth out after wrinkling. .Easy to shrink, the shrinkage rate of pure cotton clothes is 2% to 5%, except for special processing or washing water treatment. .Easily deformed, lack of elasticity, pure cotton clothes will be easily deformed, especially summer clothes, because the fabric is relatively thin. Easy to stick hair, difficult to remove completely. (Note: What we usually call pure cotton refers to cotton fabrics with a cotton content of more than 75%)

--Modal

Modal is a cellulose regenerated fiber of high wet modulus viscose fiber developed by Austrian Lenzing Company. The process is processed into fibers. The raw materials of this product are all natural materials, which are harmless to the human body and can be decomposed naturally (so people who often wear modal underwear will find that the underwear will become thinner and more translucent), and it is harmless to the environment. The raw material of Modal fiber is produced in European shrubs, which is a kind of cellulose fiber, so it belongs to cellulose fiber like cotton and is a pure natural fiber.

The advantages of modal cotton: smooth, delicate, good drapability, silky luster and hemp smoothness. Good breathability and water absorption. Bright color, wear-resistant and anti-wrinkle, strong elasticity. It has a high dyeing rate, the fabric color is bright and full, and the color separation of the printed pattern is clear.

Disadvantages of modal cotton: napping phenomenon, which affects the appearance and style of the fabric.

--Bamboo Charcoal Fiber

Taking moso bamboo as raw material, adopting the new calcination process and new technology of pure oxygen high temperature and nitrogen barrier delay, which can make the functions of bamboo charcoal 100% play out. Bamboo charcoal has a porous structure, its molecules are fine and porous, and its quality is hard. It has strong adsorption capacity, can purify the air, eliminate peculiar smell, absorb moisture, prevent mildew, inhibit bacteria and repel insects. Contact with the human body can dehumidify and absorb sweat, promote human blood circulation and metabolism, and relieve fatigue. Bamboo fiber textiles are favored by consumers because they completely replicate the inherent characteristics of bamboo fiber. It is the fifth largest natural fiber after cotton, linen, wool and silk.

The advantages of bamboo charcoal fiber: good hygroscopicity, good antibacterial, antibacterial and bactericidal effect, anti-ultraviolet, soft and smooth.

Disadvantages of bamboo charcoal fiber: fragile. Bamboo fiber fabrics cannot be twisted hard, otherwise they will be easily damaged. In order to overcome this weakness, the method of blending bamboo fiber and cotton fiber is generally adopted to improve the strength. The ratio of bamboo to cotton in bamboo charcoal fiber underwear is generally 7:3.

In fact, the above three fiber fabrics are excellent choices as underwear fabrics, and have their unique and common advantages in terms of women's health. There are also disadvantages. Female friends can choose which fabric underwear to choose according to their actual needs. Mainly antibacterial and sterilizing, bamboo charcoal fiber can be considered. It is mainly natural, warm and sweat-absorbing, and pure cotton can be considered. Modal can be considered for those that are elastic, smooth, comfortable and require bright colors.
