Two Segments: Kids’ and Teen Blocks
The girls’ segment splits at roughly age 8: younger sizes buy on comfort and print, teen sizes on fit and discretion. We grade kids’ and teen blocks separately and can run both in one programme with shared prints.
All-over prints carry the younger segment: we approve print strike-offs on the actual pattern and check print fastness on the finished garment, because bright prints that fade are the top complaint on girls’ multipacks.
Teen styles shift to quieter colours and simpler finishes, with the same compliance documentation as the younger sizes — one order file can carry both segments.
Multipack prints can be mixed within a pack: coordinated colourways from one print family keep the pack looking designed rather than assorted.
Unitex runs its own liaison office in Jinjiang, on the ground inside the Fujian knitwear cluster, handling order follow-up, QC and factory audits.
