Construction rules for the age group: no drawstrings anywhere on the garment, trims and appliqués pull-tested, covered elastics and flatlock seams against sensitive skin, and tagless labels as standard.
Licensed and character artwork goes through the same strike-off approval as adult print lines, so colours and placement are signed off on the actual pattern before bulk cutting.
Size labelling follows your market: age-based and height-based size charts are both supported, and the size break is agreed before grading starts.
Unitex runs its own liaison office in Jinjiang, on the ground inside the Fujian knitwear cluster, handling order follow-up, QC and factory audits.
