Pouch Fit & Binding Finish
Briefs are the oldest cut in the category and the least forgiving on pouch fit and binding finish. We keep binding width and pouch depth on the measurement chart of every order, and AQL 2.5 final inspection is standard on every lot. Front construction is a line decision: classic Y-front, contoured pouch or bikini-cut front each sit on different blocks, and we agree the construction at brief stage because it changes both the pattern and the binding route.
Leg opening curves are cut to lie flat without digging in — binding tension is what makes the difference, and it is one of the measurements we hold from approved sample to bulk.
Unitex runs its own liaison office in Jinjiang, on the ground inside the Fujian knitwear cluster, handling order follow-up, QC and factory audits.
