Unitex does not run a factory of its own, and we say so plainly. Every pair of boxer briefs, every seamless brief and every pyjama set we export is made on the production lines of long-term partner factories in China — the same workshops photographed on this page. Our job is sourcing, development, quality control and export documentation; theirs is production. That division of labour is why buyers get a competitive FOB Xiamen price and a documented audit trail at the same time.

What the partner workshops actually run

The factories we place orders with cover roughly 5,000 m² of production space and around 142 machines, from automatic fabric spreading and cutting through four-thread overlock and flatlock sewing to steaming, inspection and export packing. Line layout is modular, so a men’s boxer briefs programme and a women’s seamless briefs programme can run in parallel without either order being slowed down.

Who checks the goods

Quality control is ours, not the factory’s. A 27-person QC team works across cutting, in-line sewing and final inspection, measuring against the buyer’s own size chart from S to 5XL and holding AQL 2.5 on major defects. Every shipment leaves with an inspection report, and third-party inspection through SGS, Bureau Veritas or Intertek can be arranged on request.
